Hi Tom from Vancouver. FYI on crabs: King crab (my fav also) is a cold water crab. Therefore for you in the UK it would come from the Nordic countries as you mentioned. The texture is “thread like”. In North America, for both US and Canada it is called Alaskan King Crab - as it would be our only source here for it. When you go to Florida, you are eating warm water crab which is found in many southern east coast states. The crabs have shorter legs and the flesh is different. It is flaky and looks more like white fish meat. And there you have it!!! Your crab definitely had me envious!!!

Furthermore Tom I’d highly advise to stay away from table salt and consume sea salt or rock salt, it’s much healthier contains lots of minerals. Whereas Table salt is terrible for your digestive system because of the amount of processing it goes through
