Hi Tom I've been watching your videos for a while and I wanted to say they help me a lot. My grandma has dementia as well and she thinks my mom is little girl and that my grandfather is alive. She's forgotten about me and my siblings which hurts. She's also diabetic and forgets how much she eats and makes her sugar levels go dangerously high. Watching your videos does help a lot so thank you.

Sunbed advice. Go 1-3 times per week with a sunbed lotion for 3-4 minutes to begin. Always ask if it has been re-tubbed ALWAYS! and buy a block time so you can request however long you want... you should never be going on every day without building up for at least 3 weeks...
