Syntac you might need to turn the generator off and then turn it back on. I've noticed that when I'm on a motor boat using tek generator every time I place a new device that needs to be powered it won't power until I restart the gen. The same might apply for the titan platform saddle. Also if works out better if you convert the element to shards that way use only one shard to restart as opposed to one element.

Saddles are very worth. Especially a cheap ramshackle that's nearly 2x the armor of a prim. They don't heal during the fight so keep them up as long as possible. A lot better than shooting the boss with a tek rifle for 10 minutes

I just tamed the desert titan, and I have unlocked a new hate. Already didn't like Quetzals, so slow. But after having to hit the nodes with lightning so many times, just wtf. I gave up halfway through and swapped to an owl for easier placement.

I tried this on my dedicated server, once it got down to the third node, In 20 minutes I did not get a single lighting strike while hanging around underneath the titan. The only way I could get a lightning strike was either out of sprint distance of the titan, or from above while playing dodgems with the tail.

I stopped playing Ark about 2 years ago due to servers closing just as i completed breeding armies with 20 mutations on health and 20 on melee. I recently started playing again. I found a 215 armour Rex saddle two weeks ago(290ish with crafting skill) but it costs 28k hide. It's such a grind even with a chainsaw.

You can ball them up, they dont lose any health while balled up. When you throw them back out, they take 15 minutes to fully download back, then the health starts dropping again.

Idk how ss structures work but in official, you gotta extend the range on the generator to reach the turrets. I would have probably put the generator in the middle so the range wouldn't have to be extended so far.
