Actually Syntac you can find the Carcha saddle blueprints in Fjordur, extinction or in Gen 2 loot box/crate drops, doing the missions that reward the most items example the hunting missions in Gen2, defend the orbital loot in extinction or the mini bosses in fjordur will rarely give you a blueprint of a Carcha saddle.

The Carch has quickly become my favorite tame in Ark. We started a new server a couple of months ago on Fjordur and my personal project has been taming/breeding these guys and man do I love them. You can get around the map a lot quicker thanks to the speed buff, you can “go super saiyan” as my group calls it lol and dish an insane amount of damage, and they look amazing and can spawn in some awesome color combos. If I were gonna have a tame to just explore on the ground and walk across the map it’d probably be my Carcha.

Here is my thesis on it; Gigas are stronger in 1v1 situations. They do more damage by a lot and the attack speed seems better or equal. Carchas are better in army fights or in 1vMultiple situations. In that situation Carchas can get their blood rage up and do better damage than Gigas, and their greater speed allows them to chase any enemies that flee. If the both could access Boss raids, Carchas would be much better than Gigas against the Broodmother and Mesopithicus or any of the other map bosses that summon minions while Gigas would be better against the Dragon or King Titan that don’t summon any minions.

You really don't the enrage debuff from Giga makes them really quite terrible for titans and gen challenges compared to a Charcha, there is simply not a good reason to use Giga outside pvp and who even builds outside caves anyway.

Also to confirm, there are Carcharodontosaurus saddle blueprints you can find in game. I found one in a Scorched earth cave drop and that was where I found mine.

The only part I hate about them is their running animation. It's like a wide waddling animation where their hips/upper legs go out too far. I also think R-Giga's look absolutely gorgeous and I'm hoping there's an official R-Chacha (or mod) version eventually. Also their footstep sounds are a little tame compared to Giga's.

I've found Carcha saddles from the Ice Queen cave on Rag, the Ice cave on Fjordur, and the mini-bosses on Fjordur too. I'm sure there's a bunch of other sources. (BPs and made)

If I recall correctly you can get carcha saddles from the fjordur world bosses, also I'd recommend the Better Horde Mode mod for your extinction server, your sanity will thank you for that if you want to do a 100 round purple drop

blood rage is the reason for the damage stacking, and killing frenzy boosts the speed of the carcha and makes him immune to stuns. by pressing "C" on pc the carcha roars and uses all of its stacks to provide an insane speed boost to any tribe dino nearby by using 100 stack the buff lasts for 55 seconds and there is more but you can just check the wiki its already been a year since he released

I think the name "Expurgation" would work very well. It effectively means 'to purge' and considering the carchars ability comes from killing plenty of creatures, I think it'd work well.

Great colors on your dinos. I like the name Retribution, due to the need to fight to get power. Love the Charch for Extinction Orbital Supply Drops. With the HP regen they are pretty much invulnerable to the corrupted hordes with a good quality (+80 armor) saddles. To find saddle prints, grind the red drops in The Frozen Fortress (Skylord artifact cave) on Fjordur. That's the best drop rate based on the locations with ini changes.

14:20 the reason the damage is nerfed is because the titans can only lose a certain % of hp per second. I play on a server where creatures (tamed and wild) have increased stats and the gigas all do a capped amount of damage to titans. Even if there’s 20 of them, only 1 of them can hit at a time.
