This update combined with the black friday special price made me go for it. I own all of the analogs, the octatrack and digitone and i feel very at home with the elektron workflow. As a keyboardist I often hook it up with keys to get a more hybrid workflow. I will now probably let go of my rytm mk1 since it partly overlaps the Syntakt.

Very nice upgrade. Lucky Syntakt owners... I, on the other hand, own both Models but I've never seen any new machine for the Model:Cycles or even any upgrade for either Models. Actually, there was one, a year and a half ago for an explosive power handle that was recalled about 10 minutes after it came out... Unfortunately, it seems like the Models are not expensive enough to deserve any "useful" upgrade and that's too bad...

Add a sample player and we will think of it. We know, nobody asked for an other sampler but a sample player would have been a plus everyone would enjoy , this is out of discussions.
