If im operating a kopitiam, meaning after end of the day, the Z report to keep and upload to LHDN per month? Because customers will never ask for receipt for every kopi ice take away.

Your POS should have e-Invoice function which include Consolidated e-Invoice to consolidate all your sales into one e-Invoice at the end of the month. You also need to prepare that customer may request e-Invoice on the spot as they may want to claim from office.

@@yikyikyik You only need customer TIN Number and other details if they request for e-Invoice else, just do as normal and do 1 Consolidated e-Invoice at the end of the month
