Some amazing person could probably play it. I bet Animenzz could play it, or Tehishter. Actually, even if you aren't either of them, this piece is still very playable. The notes are not impossible.

Yes. This one is not as simple for some people. People who have a lot of practice and know different techniques will find this piece easier though. It's hard for me because my hands are small and barely reach those octaves without my hand cramping terribly.... So yes, to some people it's considered hard. I did see a piano version of the Black Bullet opening, THAT is without a doubt hard.

This is a bit late, but you have to use the pedal, not your fingers. You put your first finger on the F, the second on A, the third (or fourth, whichever suits you best) on C and the fifth on the next F. When you press both F's you press the pedal down simultaneously and hold it for the whole part. After pressing the A and C, you change your position one octave higher which allows you to play those notes. The left hand is pretty straightforward, I think.
