I love this video. I had a midiverb when it came out, well I should say I worked at a music store that had the midiverb but I got to play with it after hours... I was so fascinated with it and fast forward to today I decided it was finally time to try and find out how it worked and ... now I'm here. Wow this is exactly what I wanted to know!!!

I still have my MircoVerb II and QuadraVerb Plus from late 80s & early 90s. I never had the original MIDIVerb, but have bought and resold the MIDIVerb II & III. The MMT-8 is a fantastic sequencer. I wish someone would design a MMT-16 with 16 tracks, a X0X style step sequencer, more memory, and SD card.

Awesome video! I am going to have to sign up for your Patreon to get the other two videos. In your video the wallwart is 18VAC CT, but my unit says 16VAC CT on it. Any idea why the official power adaptor is higher than they recommend? I was going to get a 16VAC CT one for my unit, but should I get an 18VAC CT instead?

Guessing the transformer was originally 16VAC CT, but when Keith tested it at "low line" which is 105VAC in the US, the 3-terminal regulators dropped out. He already printed the labels for the case.
