I've honestly had this song on repeat after getting around to listening to it and I honestly have soooooooooo much love for this one!!!!!! The amount of emotions put into this are overflowing and all the subtle little details in here are so pretty. Starting off you have the atmosphere with the chords playing and that ambient reverb fx in the back. AHHHH, BUT IT REALLY TRANSITIONS SUPER WELL WITH THE MAIN IDEA. THEN THE DRUMS COME IN TO really bring the groove/drive into the song and up the energy. ALSO LIKEEEEE THE LITTLE PIANO LINE FILLS LIKE AT 0:20, ARE SOOOOOOOO GORGEOUS. They really add that flavor to transition to each section of the song and really captures that "gorgeous night sky" sound which Aurora portrays. THENNNNN LIKE, THE VOCALS COME IN AHHHHHHHHHHHH. HONESTLYYY, LIKE I LOVE THE VOCALS SO MUCH AND THEY BLEND WITH EVERYTHING IN HERE SO WELL. ALONG WITH THAT THE LYRICS REALLY GET ME WITH THE EMOTIONS AND ALSO WITH HOW IT FITS ALONG WITH THE THEME OF THIS SONG. HONESTLYYYY, I'm super looking forward to the rest of the songs on this EP as how in this one you were able to capture the moment of discovering something so beautiful, that makes you so awestruck and takes you away from reality just a little bit to remind you that in that moment there is that warmth which tells you you'll be alright. Everything in this song is super catchy and honestly this is one that I can listen to over and over again. THIS WAS SUCH A PERFECTTTTTTTT choice to tease as a song for the whole EP. IT HAS YOUR FUN STYLE TO IT, IT HAS THAT ENERGY, THE EMOTION, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MELODY THAT I HAVE EVER HEARD. Honestly I really adore the way that you've incorporated the melody in this song. Despite the song being based around this one melody line IT REALLY is one that you won't get tired of hearing so it's a treat when you hear it in the next drop.

I love the fact that even though you could have the same melody and same drop repeat throughout the song you still vary each drop with a different feeling which can represent how each moment that you experience in your lifetime might be similar but not exactly the same. IN THE FIRST DROP YOU HAVE THE MAIN MELODY PLAYING ON THAT SYNTHION SOUNDING LEAD WITH THAT HAPPY HARDCORE SOUND/JERSEY CLUB RHYTHM. BUT ALSO WITHIN THAT THE FIRST DROP ITSELF HAS LOTS OF DETAILS THAT I ADORE. THOSE DRUMS HONESTLY HIT AND I DEFINITELY LOVE HOW THEY COMPLEMENT EVERYTHING SO WELL. 0:44, WHEN THE FIRST NOTE HITS YOU HAVE THAT LOW SUB WITH THAT KICK, AND THOSE CHORDS STACKS. MMMM, I ADORE THE LITTLE SIXTEENTH NOTE STUTTERS FROM THE SYNTH CHORDS and then it goes into progression w the drums having that rhythm to them. THE LITTLE FILL-IN ARPS ARE SO PRETTY AHHHH, VERY AURORA-LIKE. 0;51, ALSO THIS IS A SUPER SUBTLE DETAIL BUT I LOVE HOW BEFORE IN THE SONG THE SNARE drum hits on the offbeats to follow the groove to the kick but at this part they hit at the same time which gives it that IMPACT w how the tail of the snare resonates. 0:56, OMG YES THEN YOU HAVE THE LITTLE HARMONY THAT PLAYS OFF OF THE MAIN MELODY. HONESTLYYY, ANY SONG THAT HAS SUPER FUN SLIDE LEADS ARE ONES THAT I LOVE. 1:06, AHHHH then we go into the break section where the song starts to relax a little and the wonderful vocals start to come back in. LOTS OF CHILLS. But honestly can I say that I adore the story that you're able to tell with your songs in the musical sense. You really have this contrast of energy and release where despite the latter section cooling off it isn't seen as something lacking and rather something beautiful. It gives that feeling of seeing something beautiful and despite having times where you aren't going through that journey there's still that rush that you have after discovering something beautiful and holding onto that memory. You take those feelings with you and understand that this is why you continue. These lead to discovering even more beautiful things that even though they won't be the exact same as moments from before it will be just as powerful. I'M SORRY I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I'LL WRITE ABOUT THIS BUT THERE'S JUST SO MUCH THINGS THAT I ADORE IN HERE. HONESTLY, SUPER LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS EP AHHHHHHH.

BUT YESSS, WE GO INTO THE BREAK SECTION AND AWWWWW THOSE SYNTH PADS AND PIANO CHORDS PLAYING ARE SO PRETTY. SUPER ATMOSPHERE, LOVE REVERB. AHHHHH, honestly really painting that image of an aurora soooo well. AHHHH THEN WE HAVE THAT SIXTEENTH NOTE SYNTH ARP THAT ASCENDS WHICH GIVES THAT FEELING OF GOING OFF ON AN ADVENTURE AND "you can't catch me I'm having the time of my life." THE LITTLE DRUM BREAK TOO. Honestly like, that feeling of amazement and that little gasp before seeing something amazing. BIERBIAURBUIERBUIAERGBIUG BUT YESSSS, THEN THE SECOND DROP COMES WITH HALF TIME, OMG I AM IN LOVEEEEEEEEE. It really brings the drums out, and you definitely want to jam along while listening. The snare is sweet, AND ALSO THOSE SYNTH CHORDS ARE BEAUTIFUL. BUT MMM, I DIG HOW DROP TWO HAS EMPHASIS ON THE VOCALS TOO IN HERE. It's like bringing the two feelings of searching for something and finding it into one as before the vocals were only present in the less energetic section while in the second drop it is blended in with the powerful drop. GOSH BUT YESSS, THESE LYRICS ARE BRILLIANT. SUPER CATCHY AND THEY HAVE SOOOOO MUCH EMOTION INTO THIS. I DEFINITELY ADORE HOW "AURA," AND "AURORA" GO TOGETHER. ALSO I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVEN'T SAID THIS YET BUT OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGG YOUR SINGING VOICE IS SUPER WONDERFUL and honestly don't think anyone else's would fit in this song. You've definitely made this song yours and I'm all for that. My favorite line for sure has to be "Color me just like an aurora, take my darkness away for tonight." It has that worldplay with the aurora and color as with having those feelings that you will be alright. AHHH, MY EMOTIONS. ALSO SOUND DESIGN IN SECOND DROP IS TASTY. 1:57 THOSE PIANO RUNS ARE SOOOOO SATISFYING. '

AHHHHH THEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SECOND DROP IT GOES INTO THE BUILDUP FOR THE THIRD DROP. The song structure flows superrrrrrr well and shows the amount of care put into this one. It's really sweet w how this is done as it shows that the journey will not always be the same and there will be things that are changing. Life moves at different paces and you just have to be able to ride them. BUT AHHH, YOU HAVE THE VOCAL BITS REPEATING WITH THE STUTTERS THAT I ADORE. ONAENOAENOIHO AhhhhHHH, THEN THE ENERGY COMING BACK INTO TO THIRD DROP HAVING THAT FULL TIME PULSE. AHHHHH, THIS PART THOUGH DEFINITELY shows how you tried to vary each drop and honestly those are the types of songs that I adore. I WASN'T READY FOR THE CHORD PROGRESSION CHANGE BUT AHHH IT WORKS SO WELL AND ONCE AGAIN TELLS THAT STORY OF DISCOVERING SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL AND THE FEELINGS IN THAT. THE CHORD BEFORE THE THIRD DROP IS TASTY AND I ADOREEEEEEEEEEE HOW IT LEADS INTO THE NEW CHORD PROG SO THE NEW CHORD PROG DOESN'T FEEL OUT OF LEFT FIELD. AHHHH EVEN MORE EMOTIONS WITH THOSE CHORDS AND I LOVE IT LOTS. IT GIVES THE SONG AN EVEN MORE UPLIFTING ATMOSPHERE and gives that feeling of leaving things off on a high note. BUIBIAIAERAIGBIAI BUT THEN AHHH OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG, I REALLY WASN'T EXPECTING THAT OUTRO WHEN I HEARD THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME. It works sooooo well and I can for sure hear how much love is put in it. Also of course the chord progression which melts my heart. omgggggggg, this is so pretty. Then the piano has more layers added to it to give it that feeling of moving forward. This outro really gives the feeling that even if after all the good times you still feel down, that's okay. You're taking small steps to move forward and through all that you're able to remember the feelings that brought you joy, which are the reminders that give you the strength to move forward and to find those feelings/moments again.

Where do I start... wow honestly. This song is just so incredible. Everything Synthion releases is incredible to be honest. This song really motivates me, and as someone who is really lazy that actually means a lot lol. I fell in love with edm again last year and I have never felt better about so many things and it’s crazy how ‘dance’ music can really make you feel. I really want to be able to learn how to do some of things Synthion does and how Syn gets their unique sound. I really want to start music production but it’s hard to be motivated since I have no prior experience whatsoever and because there are so many things to learn. This song really helps me want to break out of my laziness though. This and many other Synthion tracks, whether it’s Ruby or Konpeito, really help and give me a bit of a push to learn music. So thanks Syn and I can’t wait for fairy tale. I think the release of that will take me out of my slump lol.
