I really like Gauss, and it’s an excellent tool for (for example) slowing one-shot drum hits when building new kits. The one thing it doesn’t do very well is actual field recording. I always have it on a phone, but it’s a nightmare to get it to record at all in standalone mode. Shame, because no other app comes close…

I actually never taken to this app. It’s a looper, It’s about capturing the moment?” Yet, it deliberately does not provide essential features of such. It’s kind of a running theme with Bram Bos - just for the sake of being ‘different’ Still, one man’s idea of pleasure is another’s idea of pain I guess 😂
