This is why he is one of the best in the business. He played this note for note flawlessly. I know it seems crazy that I’m profoundly impressed by his ability to play his own music, but you’d be surprised how many guitarists from famous bands don’t play their solos 100% like they are on the album. Now I get it, some solos are way better improvised like the final solo for Comfortably Numb. David Gilmour plays that solo with variations but that’s an exception in my opinion.
