You got it all wrong, This song for example is from an area of Mikra Asia (Turkey), we call Ionia, where Greeks were residing. The fact that a Turkish version exists that does not make it Turkish. You should know that many songs were written by Greek refugees in New York after 1924 in Turkish as that was their primary language.

@@JimmyTheGreek2000 I did not get it wrong. I posted incorrectly. In my opinion , today's Turks are a nation of non-Turkic converts. The central Asian genetics is only 5-10% in Turkish genetic pool. Their culture is not typical Turkic culture. They took a lot from the conquered people of East Roman Empire. I could say most. I mean that the Turks adopted the Greek folk music to the great extend. Same with the food: it is a traditional food of the pre-Ottoman population. Historically, Anatolia was populated by several Anatolian ethnicities, all of them Indo-European. After Alexander the Great conquest, they went under strong Greek influence. The "fes" is Greek. The Ottoman sultans title them-self as "Kaisar" ("Cesar" in Latin, later "Kesar" in the time of Eastern Roman Empire).
