Syrian Revolutionary Song: "Get Out, Bashar!" (English & Indonesian Translation)

Yalla Irhal Ya Bashar (يلا ارحل يا بشار, “Get Out, Bashar!”) is a Syrian nasheed created and sung by Abdurrahman Farhud. This nasheed gained popularity after being performed at 27 June 2011 protest in Hama. Since then, it has been performed in ensuing anti-Assad protests and demonstrations with various changes in lyrics and composition.
Yalla Irhal Ya Basyar (يلا ارحل يا بشار, “Pergilah, Basyar!”) adalah nasyid Suriah yang ditulis dan dinyanyikan oleh Abdurrahman Farhud. Nasyid ini menjadi populer setelah dibawakan pada unjuk rasa 27 Juni 2011 di Hama. Yalla Irhal Ya Basyar berkembang menjadi salah satu simbol Revolusi Suriah dan dibawakan dalam berbagai aksi protes dan unjuk rasa menentang rezim al-Assad dengan berbagai modifikasi dan perubahan pada komposisi dan liriknya.

I think يلا means "hurry up" or in indonesian "cepatlah" not "Ya Allah".Correct me if Im wrong.

Yep, "يلا" does indeed have the sense of hurry, urgency, and can be translated as such. However, "يلا" itself is a contraction of "يا الله" which can be conveniently translated into Indonesian as "Ya Allah". Both are correct depending on which approach and preference one's using to translate this rather nuanced Arabic chant. I myself did omit the word in English translation while keeping it Indonesian

The word يالا should not be translated as "ya Allah"

The word "يلا" is actually a contraction of "يا الله" which can be transl(iter)ated as "Ya Allah" accordingly. It can indeed be translated with other words conveying hastiness and urgency, but we prefer to preserve the nuance carried by the original Arabic phrase as much as possible and, in doing so, translate it into Indonesian as "Ya Allah"
