Really cool build! Thank you for sharing this with the systainer community! You certainly have an eye for designing things well and getting the most out of your CNC!

It turned out great! I also can't find a powerful and compact vacuum cleaner. Can I ask about the drawings for milling the inner box, where can I look for them or ask for them?😊

very nice project. What motor are you using? and is this a sys5?

Hello! Nice build indeed. What did you use as vacuum cleaner motor? Did you buy whole vacuum cleaner for cheap and disassemble it?
@samsworkshopdiary57483 жыл бұрын
Hi, thank you. I have bought a motor on ebay, you can find pretty cheap motors for replacement.

Nice build. Btw.. do you have some special way " to scan " shapes ? Or did you just measure dimensions from the systainer?
@samsworkshopdiary57484 жыл бұрын
Thank You! The special method for the top plate is "google". I used a drawing from a forum and then expanded it. But the creator just measured it. I measured the dimensions of the housing myself and made the drawings.

@@Usonian7 I Googled Eltako AR12DX-230V and found this in German. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipKxn358Yr6SrtE I had to rewatch it many times because my German Is so bad.

One big question? I have shied away from CNC machines mainly because they look so complicated. I simply don’t know how they work. How and where do you get the programs to set your computer from? Do you write your own programs? Or do you get them some where else? Thanks
@samsworkshopdiary57484 жыл бұрын
Thank You for your comment! I usually make my own drawings and milling programs, but sometimes use finished ones from the internet. In the past I had no idea how it all worked, but if you just start then you learn it pretty quickly and it's not as complicated as you initially think.

@samsworkshopdiary57484 жыл бұрын
Thank You! It's an Eltako AR12DX-230V. I bought it from amazon. I don't know if it is available all over the world.
@ME-zr9wt3 жыл бұрын
@@samsworkshopdiary5748 Took me a little bit to figure this one out; when you mentioned 230v, you would be referring to single phase 230v that you have in Germany. So the equivalent electronics in the USA would be based on 120v single phase, that would be my guess?
@arminosaeure293 жыл бұрын
You are right. In Europe the Standarte Walloutlet has Single Phase with 230V AC between Phase and Neutral. Another Option would be using als 3 Phases that reaches the House. Giving you 3x230V in Star, or 3x400V in Delta configuration. But even in only using Starconfifuration ist is offen reffered AS Power current, Cee(after the corresponding plug system) or Oven connection/current.
