I installed a set of 32 in System 3 XTR 370 on my Can Am Maverick X3 and was pretty impressed. I give an overview of how I feel about these tires after the first couple of rides!

Carnies are good 370s are good. Two completely different tires. The carnies are softer thus will wear out quicker. But when a softer compound is what you need, they are better. Spring snow rides here in the PNW the carnie is superior to the 370. But all the rest of the year the 370 is great and is very tough. I run the 370s. 35s on 15x8 headlocks. Mostly at 8 psi. Air down to 2.5 to 3 psi in the snow. My buddy runs 35 in carnies at basically same psi. Krx and rzr xp respectively.

Great video, keep em coming. Any info on how well they do in snow? Im in Montana and will ride a lot in the snow. Just got a new 22.5 Can Am HD 10 limited and looking to put some 30's on it. Thanks again.

Have 250 miles on a set of 30’s. 9 lbs in them. Beat em up at Bear Wallow. No issues what so ever. Great tire! Rather have the durability than a lighter tire.

Great objective video with good info and to the point. Did you consider the 33" XTR370S ? Not necessarily for the added 1" of clearance, but for the deeper lug pattern?
@Trailnecks
@Trailnecks 2 жыл бұрын
Appreciate the support! I did consider the 33s but they were 53 lbs a tire vs 32s were 46 lbs a tire. Rotational mass can really hurt your machine for speed and breaking axles so I tried to play it safe

Those are some meaty looking tires! I hear good things on them. Keep me posted on how they hold up. Is your machine 64 or 72 inches wide?
@Trailnecks
@Trailnecks 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Will do. I did the superatv long travel kit which put me out to 72 in. I also did some offset rims on top of that taking me on out to 75.5 inches wide. I can ride on the outside of a lot ruts nowadays lol. It does come with a couple drawbacks though...I gotta invest in a wider trailer now and I find myself going a little slower when the narrow machines can hammer down as some trails open up. I like it so far though.

With the offset wheels, do you notice more feedback in the steering wheel when hitting ruts and rocks? What offset are you running?
@Trailnecks
@Trailnecks 3 жыл бұрын
I haven't notice more feedback when the machine is moving/rolling but I did notice on some of the steep switchbacks where I had to do a 2 or 3 point turn the steering was fairly heavy. It's a 5+2 offset.

@Trailnecks

Really depends on where you ride and what you want out of your machine. Also you may have to get offset rims to run 32s. If you like like speed 30s but if you like going rock crawling and mud then 32s

The 33s actually have a deeper tread that measures from 1.00in in the middle to 1.25in on the shoulder whereas the 32 measures .75in to 1.00in. So it kinda depends on if you like riding faster or if you want more clearance!
