Why does this have 50 % like/dislike ratio? I'm a power engineer from Europe and this is the most exact and straight-forward short representation of power system inertia I can find. Wind turbines can be used for inertia though - type 1 provide a little bit of it, type 3 and 4 can be used for synthetic inertia. There are other measures to keep the inertia at today's values like synchronous condensers for example.
