I am recently divorced after almost 24 years of marriage. I went through this alone- no support. I continued to remind myself that I wanted this divorce not only because counseling helped me to realize that the man was an emotionally abusive narcissist, but the true reason is because I allowed him to steal my authenticity for so long. The final “straw” was his telling me to ignore the fact that I am an empath and to quit helping animals and to rehome the pets that I had. I moved out of state to an area on a whim, have been dealing with a lot of hardships, however I am FREE.

I say that "I am rich in ways that money cannot buy." It is true, that the less you consume, the less you want. One day, rather recently, my 'inner voice" asked me what I wanted to know. After some thought, I responded, "I would like to know how the miracle of the loaves and fishes manifested. (Jesus did tell his disciples that they could do all that He had done, and MORE...) The answer came to me immediately. I'll paraphrase as the knowing was felt, rather than spoken. When your soul is being fed the sweetest fruit, the body transcends physical hunger. When you marry that with loving the other as oneself, you want to give, rather than receive. So, when the food was offered, "Take what you need," very little, if any was needed. Namaste. Look and you will find!

It's like the human microbiome. The more fat and sugary foods you eat, the more fat and sugar you crave. Because when you feed the gut bacteria that wants sugar, the more they multiply, while the good bacteria become overtaken by the bad. If you don't feed the bad bacteria, they die off and no longer produce that craving in your brain. Our bodies are like the universe and can teach us a lot about the patterns of life.

I loved what Kyle said about fear. We have so many people tell us about the existence of evil and how we should all fear it. When you find something to fear, you will introduce it into your life because it will have control over you. I don't deny the existence of evil acts but I don't bathe myself in that energy by thinking about it. The evil stems from our perception and fear.

This really touched me. I found out, a few years ago, that I was really talented at teaching. But with time I became entrenched with expectations. I was expected to have every class of the year planned out, in detail, and in minutes. I became less effective. When I started to return to my original style, just connecting with my public and taking it from there in the moment, my influence increased. I get connected with those focusing on me, and I follow that connection, then all this amazing stuff comes out of me! Like I am channeling my students. It's been hard, to take these risks and trust that the result will speak for themselves, while I am expected to show I planned it all out beforehand. But the best of me isn't planned beforehand. If I am to be a good teacher, I need to have the freedom to connect to my students, and to my higher self, and let it flow. I wish this could better recognized it my business. It requies some trust in teachers doing this because it is their calling , and we deserve some respect

This is one empowering podcast. The point is: it invites you to expand your consciousness away from the 'common self inquiry', up a level, into a wider expansion above the common. Albeit a roundabout way - but I get it that way. I tend to think we are all unique and as Kyle says when he used the analogy of this diet /that diet.Even the coffee thing.I had too much of it in the 80's. When my husband was dying of cancer, a Naturopath friend said that a spoon of Coconut oil in coffee helps to make the the caffeine slow down in your system. For over 20 years I have done it this way. Being 74 now I only have one coffee in the morning - with cream,(no sugar) and I love it this way. It suits my system and look forward to it every morning. Thank You Kyle and Alex!

I think one of the biggest problems we have/will have during this time of Awakening, is that there is so much amazing content for spiritual growth out there, there’s a real danger of spiritual bypassing. I get it. You take in all the teachings of all these different people and yeah, it lights up different parts of us. It resonates in different ways, different things, resonating with different people. Then, we take that information to develop our own ascension process. I've bought all these books but I haven't read them yet.And I feel like it's because I'm not ready to receive that information yet. That's not where I truly am on my path. But I'll get there. I LOVE what Kyle Cease say - About just going with the flow - going with the God source of us - connecting to our highest source, and letting it reveal the path. Excellent video! My internal issue with money is that I believe it was created to enslave humanity. So I have this internal battle that we're supposed to be distancing ourselves from money and creating a new world without the need for money. That's my dilemma, how and why should I embrace money when the world would be a better place without it.

Phenomenal Podcast! Alex & Kyle on ego death & surrendering. Asking the question, "What am I".Going inward and listening to what is not working now to resonating to what is calling to our soul now! Hearing the universe saying "if you lose all these addictive connections you will be forced to go inward". This podcast is so profound in that we all know we want to shed what is false and illusionary and transcend to our highest selves and be connected fully to Source. This podcast took me through all the emotions and Alex's laughter is delightful and makes hearing the message joyful without involving the ego. Both men today were absolutely steller in their stories and how we " just have to go past the fear and do the work authentically.
