This is one of the best SOAD liveshows to react to, if you're gonna do live reactions! The energy is there.. his voice is just like on the albums. It's just hype af.

exactly its one of their greatest live shows they had ever done. But unlike all the other shows they do I think lowlands was only 50 minutes or something right? anyways the only sad thing about lowlands is how fucked up Daron's guitar was. If that wouldn't have happened it would probably be THE best performance of them.
@benmacdhui3 жыл бұрын
I have to respectfully disagree. In '98, they played a show in Seattle. Easily their best live performance, early on- and it's on KZbin
@ben1ben3 жыл бұрын
@@benmacdhui Well yes it is really amazing. They have many great performances in which Seattle '98 might be the best performance wise and everything. But still all they played there is songs from the first album since its so early. In Lowlands Serj really sounded like he sounded on the Toxicity album and they played from both self titled and toxicity. But still about the energy and how perfectly they ''recreated'' their first album in Seattle is the best. John was a beast and Daron wasn't fuckin up as much as in 2001.

Finally getting to the GOOD shit. Reactors spend too much time on like popular radio singles and not enough time delving into music history and lesser known gems from albums. That’s why people should stick with records, and listen to full albums. Should have chosen the studio version

God for sure can't have gender like humans do. From a Christian perspective, the Bible mostly uses male anthropomorphism when talking about God (and Jesus was male, God or no), but it also uses female anthropomorphism (God gave birth to creation in Job, Israel suckled at God's breast, etc.) So... it would be quite silly to think that God actually has a gender, in my opinion, but that gender and gendered relationships and whatnot more reflects certain aspects of who God is in a very incomplete way.

Thing with Judeo-Christian religion is that it's patriarchal, therefore even God (who is said to be neither male nor female and is therefore gender neutral) is referred to using male pronouns, eventhough as a creator, it would make sense according to certain cultural thinking to attribute female characteristics to "Him." Religions such as Wicca however are matriarchal, which is why you see more goddesses than gods in its mythology. Really, especially in Judaism and Islam, God shouldn't be referred to using a gender pronoun but I suppose calling Him "it" would be disrespectful and "they" implying plurality.

Just out of curiosity... if God has to be a woman to "give birth" to humans.... how does she then give birth to the planets and stars etc? An omnipotent God would have no need to "birth" anything... they simply bring it in to existence.

@andromidius3 жыл бұрын
No-where near close. Especially if you're basing 'deaths by Communism' on that stupid book - a book that lists NAZIS as victims of Communism. Heck, Capitalism has directly killed more people then Communism. And Religion beats them both by miles - all those crusades, jihads and other religious wars, persecution of 'heretics and witches', honour killings, stonings... Its really not even close.
