System Restore in Safe Mode with Command Prompt (Windows 7)

You can try to restore your Windows 7 operating system using Safe Mode with Command Prompt in order to recover from ransomware infection.
Note: In order to use System Restore option you must have at least one system restore point previously created.

Hahaha Finally! after two days and three nights. Thank you, man. I accidentally deleted my user account which is the only administrator on my pc. I was not able to log in but with your great help I can now log in again. Thanks a million.

Well that answers my question. When I select safe mode with command prompt, it does exactly like yours. Well all except instead of giving me the dos bar where I can type in anything, it actually boots windows fully into safe mode. The windows pops up and it wants me to put in password. I knew it wasn't me doing anything wrong , that it was my laptop! Somehow I figure this means something is missing or corrupted. Meaning I probably will have to restore my computer somehow under safe mode. Pain! I used the same password on my old laptop. Put it up for 4 years. Talking about old pictures last night...led to laptop. Password doesn't work. I was like what! 2nd guessed myself. Did I change it and don't remember!? Its been a long morning...or journey.

Hi I hope this message gets to you. I was doing great to get back into my Windows7. Got as far as renaming "utilman" and the step after that..can't remember now..then managed to click out. I began again and when I tried to rename utilman the new utilman1 was already there. Neither the old or the new would open...so I decided to try deleting Utilman1..wrong move!! Neither are there now. I've been following your video here trying to restore the system. It reboots back into Windows password page but does not give me the black command prompt box...Please help??
