Great run! Just a warning to anyone on console, I'm on PS5, mass vaping your junk (R2) also vaporises any actual scrap you have so you lose it all. If you have scrap, then don't mass vape until this bug is fixed, which i'm assuming is a bug. Loving the run though! Great job.

On PS4 mass vaporizing doesn't get rid of your scrap. So you'll be fine if you do it there.

I just finished my hard run and your guide was really helpfull. Some tips for other people: - Save a lot and if you die reload instead of respawning at a cyber dock. - Don't stress if you have less resources than in this guide. I was at a point that I barely any ammo and still completed a section. - I completed it in around 5 hours, so don't stress if your time does not match the timestamp. That last fight was horrible though. Those green bugs that I couldn't hit and those unskippable cut scenes.

Thanks for the video mate, well done! I started hard mode out of spite because I thought I soft-locked myself 🥹, turns out I wasted 6 hours to get to the last level just to discover I didn't open one damn door that lead to the cortex reaver... Oh well, at least I killed SHODAN twice lol.

Not sure if it's a bug, but I went for a 1/1/1/1 play-through to collect all audio logs to get the Inside Scoop achievement and still, most of the energy puzzles were a bitch to solve (one notch margin of error allowed). Do not remember it being that hard on my first 'normal difficulty' play-through. Btw, by shooting the barrels you can decrease, even fully remove the radiation levels in most places.

I played 2222 and 3333 year ago, but unless they changed it in the recent update, the puzzles on that difficulty shouldnt be hard. :o

Finally, a very good 3/3/3/3 mode run. A question: how can you scrap all items together? I'm on PS5, and couldn't find the button for it

Thank you! It's not shown anywhere on PC either. I will have to test it with a DualSense. In the meantime, you might figure it out before me: highlight a vaporisable item and find which button performs the vaporise function. Holding that button in inventory is "vaporise all".

On PS5 if you want to vaporize an item you have to press Triangle to open a menu, one of them is Vaporize. I just tried to hold the Vaporize menu, nothing happens. Oh well, will have to do 1 by 1 then

Easily Prey. It is one of if not my favourite game in the last 10+ years. It's nice to see this remake having some subtle nods to Prey when Prey was obviously heavily inspired by the original.

how are you taking so little damage on 3 difficulty while not using a shield when in difficulty 2 a bot can easly 1 burst you down

Good question but I don't know. I haven't done anything other than what you can see on the video. So it's either just the game or something I use. I had the shield on a keyboard shortcut but I tried my best to use the inventory screen so that it shows on the video.

Trying to do SHODAN's cyberspace segment is absolutely infuriating on PS5. Not only is it much harder with a controller, for some reason it won't display your Integrity.

This was by far the hardest part and took me about 20 retries. I used a controller for the whole game on Xbox but after 10 fails on this boss I plugged in my Mouse + Keyboard. This made it somewhat easier but you still need some luck to not get hit by too many bullets. Keep moving, like in the video.

@@ocho7947 I managed to get it eventually, but I definitely think it was just luck. I didn't really do anything differently to the times I failed, the hornets just died faster and I seemed to get hit less. I did try M&K but sadly while it recognised my keyboard, it didn't recognise the mouse, despite them being the same make.

Does pausing the game make time continue counting?

I don't think it does. You can check by making a save and spending some time in the pause menu, then making another and comparing the time. Time counts on the inventory though.

I'm watching the run and in this run you are trying to do the 100% ? Cause watching it I think that some elements are skippable, right? I want to try this run but I'm scared about the timer and my ability, also on console so the are a still some problems

I was waiting for a run like this for this game since launch! All speedruns are on easy, and other videos are very long and "cinematic". You should monetize this videos, it's a lot of work to optimize the runs! At least it could give you some bucks

You can make a save before you leave the elevator then find which room it's in and where exactly. Reload and go straight to it. Weirdly for me I think it's always been in that room.
