Keep up the good work doc. Our medical system has been bought and we need to bring back hard, objective science that removes ideology.

A systematic review is a structured approach to analyzing existing literature to answer a specific research question rigorously and without bias. The process starts by defining a clear research question, followed by a well-planned search strategy across multiple databases using relevant keywords and criteria to ensure comprehensive coverage. Common errors, such as unclear inclusion criteria or incomplete searches, can skew results, so consistency and careful screening are essential. Meta-analysis, when possible, allows quantitative pooling of data for more robust findings. AI and machine learning now aid in the process by automating literature screening, prioritizing studies, and using natural language processing to detect relevant patterns, making systematic reviews faster, more accurate, and less prone to human error.

When you started speaking about Lupus, my ears perked up even more! I’m currently having to travel 7 hours to see another specialist, and they have spoken about this AND I’VE PREVIOUSLY HAD CANCER MULTIPLE TIMES (thankfully caught and removed/given meds, etc) but still, cancer non the less. Also I have MS, RA, SPS, SRSD (mine has spread from arch of right foot now all the way through both legs, hips, and to most of my spine (yeah, I’m a mess lol) and other AIs! I’d LOVE to pick your brain! I’ve been all over the USA! I’ve been the lab rat, I’ve been the “You’re gonna kill over soon” I’ve been “there’s nothing more we can do. Your system is jacked!” You’re one I Trust!!! Please reach out, I’d love to speak to you. Oh and PS, three of my docs have recommended that I NOT get the jab. So I have not gotten it ATD! 🙏💜🙏

Regarding the last topic: Inconclusive vs negative. Particularly for a SR or meta analysis, isn't this distinction also largely dependent on the quality of evidence found in the SR? If evidence is deemed relatively high quality, than con more confidently interpret as negative, but if review largely compreises relatively lower quality evidence, perhaps "inconclusive" becomes more defensible.
