Additionally, I notice there is no staging bay management, which may lead to extended truck wait times. Moreover, the lack of load scheduling for ASRS could affect efficiency. The most critical concern is that truck emissions might negatively impact the warehouse environment.

So when the buffer lanes are full what happens when the truck comes late? they then cant be used untill the truck comes to pick it up? doesnt this cause congestion?

ideally the order of outbound should be placed in WMS only when the truck is available.
