This whole section feels like a callback to the first game. The hallways of the White Forest base are very similar in layout to those of Black Mesa, with Magnusson yelling at you over the intercom just like the HL1 scientists.

@@C..J i don't recall the scientists using the intercom outside of the test chamber from the beginning of the game, i think the intercom is only used by that VOX voice and the military. Still tho, this section does give off hl1 vibes now that I think about it, probably my favorite part of Ep2
