I never forgot this moment. 2 Afro-Americans, 2 Hip-Hop dancers in the finale. My mom telling me to remember this moment, because it would not happen often (like rarely to maybe never again). It is such a great routine. I just love Twitch and Joshua till this day.

I watched SYTYCD all the time. I watched TWITCH and then to watch him dance on the Ellen Degeneres Show was a real pleasure. That man was never out of step. The movements he made were wonderful to watch. I used to call him gumby, because of the movements. TWITCH may you Rest in Peace. To Allison and the children, my heart ❤️ cries for you. I don't really know how you are feeling. I am sure you have alot of questions.

Keep in mind that Joshua's mother was/is a dance instructor and she taught him stuff before he moved on to hip hop. During Vegas Week Mia Micahels busted him on a little ballet move he made in a dance and she was like 'OH...you're so not just a street dancer, are you?'

This was so great! This is why I loved SYTYCD! I was so proud that this was on cable tv! SYTYCD now.. you don't see this type of diversity in the choreography or among dancers. What happened? The show used to be INTERESTING and UNIQUE (plus a lot of fun to watch!). I miss old SYTYCD!

Twitch passing brought me here. This saddens me so much. You see someone smiling and laughing but you don't know the turmoil within, I've been there. There are times I've had these unhealthy thoughts and feelings, but too embarrassed and ashamed to tell anyone what's really going on. We all need a safe place to be vulnerable, where one can admit he or she is not ok. 🙏 for his family. I hope in that split second before he drew his last breath, he felt the love of his CREATOR.

This dance is a Ukrainian dance. Please, consult the history of Ukraine and Ukrainian culture and stop stealing our national heritage. This is hopak, a dance used by kozaks, there were no kozaks in Russia.

Nothing will ever match to the 4th season, no one will match to Joshua and Katie and Twitch, still the best dancers, best personalities the show has ever seen! :) and Lauren and Sarah, Pasha and Anya were not bad in the 3rd season............but after 4th season, show just went downhill.....................FikSean was the highlight of the past years :)

I completely agree with you that season 4 was by far the best. Nothing compared to their personalities and top skills: katie, joshua, twitch, chelsea, mark, kherington, comfort, i can still remember most their names off the top of my head, more so than the recent seasons' dancers. I still enjoyed all the seasons that followed but they will never compare to season 4. The only ones that i can recall from past few seasons with great personality in addition to skill: fikshun, jasmine, aaron. Overall Season 4 was my favorite though.

He may not have won his season but, even after 10 seasons, Twitch is still my favorite dancer of all. Alex Wong is a close second. The routine they did together was sublime. So what ever happened to Joshua? He's never been on as an All-Star that I can remember.

sarah woodrum Not sure if you've heard in the past couple years but Joshua was an All-Star in season 12 and was supposed to return in season 13 but he withdrew before the live shows because he was charged for domestic violence. He hit his girlfriend and was recently sentenced to one year in jail.

Love the routine. I don't understand why some Ukrainian/Russian viewers are so upset. Sure it may not be exactly the way the people in your culture do it but please don't get so offended for no reason. It's just a dance.
