Definitely it’s possible to get admission without agency.even we got scholarship without agency.so Don't need to worry about.go to the website of the University and check all the eligibility criteria and how and when to apply.your profile is good enough to apply.please check the video about Pecs.There in the description box I added University website.Thank you!
