Why isn't 2:46 a whole song! I really love that feel and flow. I leave it on repeat and it's annoying to keep doing it. Someone make a loop of it.

The instrumentation on this really reminds me of Lana Del Rey

maybe because the producer of this song (Emile) has produced for her too. (Lana Del Rey "Blue Jeans")

lyrics: Shotgun to the back of my heart, I don't turn around to see who let one ring out Said you'll never do me wrong? Guess we see how that plays out Is it true? Is it true? Heading to the Massacre Bodies arriving every day Look at those shells you heard Picking the bones up along the way Let it ring out Sharpshooter in my backyard Killed a small boy once, never told no one If it wasn't for my shotgun, he'd be alive and I'd be halfway, to heaven Instead of sitting in the dark, going through hell you should've been here Wish you had been here Heading to the Massacre Bodies arriving every day Look at those shells you heard Picking the bones up along the way Let it ring out Shotgun to the back of my heart, I don't turn around to see who let one ring out Lately I've been questioning Am I all that I pretend to be? I doubt it, I doubt it Lately I've been questioning Am I all that I pretend to be? I doubt it, I doubt it

I loooooove the beginning part like no body's business! I mean seriously?! The second portion is dope too. I can only imagine how amazing it felt to be in the studio laying this down. The energy had to be memorable beyond words.

so why does sza's first 3 EP's sound compleeeeetely different from her album CTRL??? they are all good, but its just so different. its like the first 3 eps are like this heavenly chill music with like multiple soft voices, but CTRL is just 1 voice and she rambles on and on in almost every song, i mean still both are amazing, but what caused the huge change??

Gary Lemmons SZA and Lana have very unique voices. I adore them both, there is no need to say one is better than the other. Their voices are very powerful and fulfilling as well beautiful to listen too :)

WHY IS EVERYONE COMPARING THEM Sorry this is two years late. But damn, I'm loving just discovering Z. Anyways, I'm a die hard Lana fan and I wan't to know, why are people comparing? This is zero comparison.
@hungryasianguy85026 жыл бұрын
The only comparison here is that there are sounds in this song that can be heard in Lana’s other songs. Other than that, SZA and Lana are both artists who are great in their own way :)

James Martin the instrumental might remind of lana but i think their styles are really different
