Even tho normal T-34-85 is weaker than it's premium brother, it is still a really good tank. It is my only 2 moe tank (no 3 moe tanks yet).

T34-85 vs M version? I love my tech tree 34-85 next to T-34 tier V it's my favourite med in game. I had break from WoT a signed as recruit of my clan mate, one of the reward tanks it's a T34-85M. I know it's got 30 mm more armour on frontal and better better DPM...but same time normal 34-85 got better accuracy and aiming time, horse power and terrain resistance + 10m better view range.... I appreciate comment of people who played both of them :)

I revisited this tank because I played some easy 2000+ games in the M version, and thought I would 3 mark this first because of the lower requirements. Now I see why the requirements are lower... I got my second MOE pretty easily but it's freaking hard to make the gun work. It's very unreliable. Fully aimed shots seemingly clip through enemies. Actually I never believed this is a real thing in WOT, but I see no other explanation. Weakspot and side shots bounce all the time, because of reverse russian RNG I guess. Snapshots? Forget it! Some battles I made like 300 damage because all my shots missed (and I am not talking about snapshots, hell no - fully aimed, dead center shots). Also it's funny how the DPM is worse when compared to the M even with a rammer. Recently I tried a setup with Bounty rotation mechanism, Improved Aiming and GLD. Now the gun kinda acts like how it should, but I still cannot reliably hit enemies when the tank has no mood for it. Oh and forget gold. You will even bounce off more because of the lesser normalizaton it has compared to AP. TLDR: It's interesting how on paper this tank does not differ much form the T 34-85M, however the two tanks are day and night. The normal versions only good aspect is the better speed. I don't say it can't be good ocasionally...it's just too frustrating to play even in WOT standards. Oh and almost forgot. It's a torch. Every battle you will burn.
