Technically the regular T-34 has the 76mm S-54 w/ 115 damage and 125mm penetration, but the DPM is *much* worse than the T-34S (1262 T-34, 1720 T-34S), and noticeably worse aim time (2.9s T-34, 2.3s T-34S). More or less, if you want to play a 76mm T-34, the T-34S is the best option to do so.

I think master skill4ltu underestimates this vehicle. What he should try (I think, I'd like to hear his opinion!) is to put the accuracy enhancement equipment on the tank, in addition to say venti+scope. ... I didn't like this tank much before, but after I upgraded the accuracy of the cannon, it became a pretty usable and enjoyable med, for me. (Or it could be a game style thing.)

@@mickleblade many years? it's barely a year after arta nerfs, yes multiple artas per battle phenomena was gone for some time, but unfortunately it almost came back full force once again, tier 6 battles are 6x artas almost every 2nd game and multiple artas per team can often be seen in high tier battles aswell

Personaly I use a ram build in this tank, and the funny thing is that I have the most exp in my account doing rams. And the previous most exp base where my chaffe(from the goldem days of light tank(yes against tier 10)). Ps: If my english is bad, just so you know I'm Brazilian.

To me damage is just one aspect of the battle, but to end up with the highest base XP is my main mission. That's what I use to judge how well I did or how bad I was. If I'm not in the top 3 for XP it usually means I messed up. No one to blame except myself. I find myself in the top XP position a lot these days and I'm actually disappointed when I'm beaten out by someone who didn't appear to be playing as well. What's really maddening is when some noob follows me around stealing my kills and beats me based solely on the amount of kills he has!

Extremely rare to get an even-tiered game with this tank, never got a top tier (+1 or +2) with a T-34 shielded. It's nearly always bottom tier one way or another. Just for that, this tank sucks, for me. I guess i need to play it like a bush scout... And it seems you didn't even get an all-tier 5 game, either. So, binocs it is, then.
