T-64B's "9M112" ATGMs are completely broken (War Thunder Dev-Server)

I've noticed a small bug with the T-64B's ATGMs. They act as if they have no penetration as they cannot even penetrate the LFP of a Leopard A1A1, Chieftain Mk. 10, or the turret of a Centurion Mk. 10. This will probably get fixed in the near future but I decided to document it if it is not fixed.
