Again am back with yet another special iftar drink using coconut. We all prefer easy and simple ramadan recipes this month because of this situation ( lockdown😔).Drinks recipes are vital in this holy month of ramadan. This is because we all will be fasting throughout daytime and so we must drink plenty of water during iftar and after until suhoor to ward off thirst during the daytime. It is so boring to have plain water to balance our dehydration. So prepare this drink in more quantity and drink occasionally as this drink is prepared using coconut milk, coconut water, mango and tender coconut meat ( the main ingredients). All these ingredients are healthy especially at the time of iftar. Moreover the taste of coconut milk in this drink makes this drink more special. So do not skip adding coconut milk to this drink recipe. Hope you all will enjoy this variety ramadan drink or ramadan recipe for sure. So do try this coconut milk mango drink and let me know your feedback.

Thick Coconut milk - 1 cup
Coconut water - 1 cup, sweet
Condensed milk - half a cup
Sugar if required for extra sweetness
Chia seed or sabja seed or kuskus
Tender coconut meat chopped - few, optional
Or instead Coconut meat chopped is preferred.
Mango - 1, finely chopped and chilled
Mango pulp for decoration - optional
