Yes they sang all live in that concert. There is a DVD of the full concert. In that concert both get tired in one of the lastest song they sang Not gonna get us.

@XxViciousVeyxX the audio track that Lena talks about is her voice or a guitar o drums, anything she needs, so they can ear what they are singing, cause unless they put front monitors (that they have) they wouldn't hear anything, and can get lost.

She hurt her leg, you can see it when they rehearsing "Loves me not", she has two big oval scratches on her shin.
