Unlilke the other K-Pop groups who have a fixed leader, T-ara used a rotating system for the leader position. The first T-ara’s leader was Jiae. When she left the group in 2009, Eunjung become the leader. She led the group with top hits like the title track from their debut studio album “Bo Peep Bo Peep” and “I Go Crazy Because of You“. Boram followed to be the leader during the “YaYaYa” promotions in 2010. Hyomin became the leader during their song “Roly Poly” and also “Cry Cry” which was released in 2011. In December 2011, MBK Entertainment announced that T-ara’s fourth leader Hyomin would be passing her leader position to Soyeon. She led T-ara from 2012 until 2014 and Qri was then appointed as the new leader for T-ara. She announced the news during T-ara’s Budokan concert in Japan and officially replaced Soyeon in the leader position.

Go listen to T-ara’s earlier songs and even this one (Cry Cry) and you will hear the correlation between T-ara and Britney. And just for the record NO Hyomin does not even come close to Britney (not by herself anyway). So, be humble and respectful towards Ms. Spears. She helped a lot from behind the scenes and went uncredited throughout the whole run of T-ara.

It is a great EP, and this song, I am obsessed with this one - probably my favourite T-ara track so far.

I like their style more, it's not generic, like every song doesn't sound like the last one, good melody and meaning too! +marwa lrs i think they're hated because of a bullying scandal they had with a member i believe? But I don't think any of them really "bullied" a member.. That's hard to believe... If I think about it, 8-9 girls trained together to make one group, If they wanted to form a group, they would surely need to get along since they see each other every day and train together. Otherwise, if a member was really "bullied" then of course, she would've been uncomfortable being in a group with the 7-8 members.. The scandal doesn't really make sense.. Plus I don't think the members are that harsh..All of them seem pretty nice. I think the scandal was based on a former member named "Hwayoung" I believe? I'm not sure, I didn't really go deep into the scandal. It's a shame that they get hated because they beat another group at some competition, If they won, they won. People can't change that by hating on the group that won. All they do by hating is making their fandom look bad. SMH. 😔

+marwa lrs tbh I prefer K-Pop over American Pop, like YES TO BTS, EXO AND GOT7 . No to stuff nowadays in American Pop, because my ears can't handle the songs that come out nowadays 😂. But there are some songs I do like that aren't K-Pop, and there are some artists who I like that don't do K-Pop. It's just a matter of balance :3 if that Jack guy tweeted "What is Kpop?"
