All cars are dirty. they should wash their cars before they drive them its a big shame. people walking in the street should use the pathway designed for them to walk in it streets are dirty and cars were parked in both sides. cars should not park along side shops especially inside city centre to create space for pedestrians. If Chelef wants to be one of the tourist sites in Algeria, The image of the whole city should be altered and changed to the standards of other cities around the country like Oran, Bejaia, Constantine...ETC. Otherwise, no point of even talking about it. I just loved one think in Chelef All women were wearing Hijab. Masha Allah
