I appreciate your honesty. I have trouble purchasing plus size clothes. I usually purchase a larger size and I always check the comments/reviews. I've never had bad luck with a whole order. I tend to only order a few clothing items mixed in with other things. I've never had to return anything through Temu (knock on wood). I will pass it along to someone else. Thank you for sharing.

Sorry that you couldn't get your jeans in the right size. If I find an item that I love, I might buy the 2x, 3x, and 4x, keep the one that fits best and return the other 2. The size guide is not always accurate. 😢

I have never bought clothes from them. I’ve heard stories about bad material and sizing is never right. My Asian bff won’t ever buy their clothes. I have received things broken and totally out of shape with decor items. They didn’t want them back. I got the refund and they said to throw it out or donate. But you absolutely need your money back! ❣️🌟

I don't drive anymore, so I do a lot of my shopping online. Yes, no matter where I order from things don't always fit, something is defective or doesn't look like it looked in the picture. That's normal. Temu actually has a very easy return process, like you said. I'll bet you have tempted many of us to try those beautiful dresses for ourselves, even though you showed us they fit funny. I'm very tempted, but I think they would be too big and too tight in all the same places for me. Thanks for talking about the banana bag. I was waiting for that.

Thank you for return info. Just got second order. One small item only had one sided tape but had some double sided (Temu). It stuck on appliance and held cord perfectly. The pink hoodie with roses is that funky polyester and I love it. Washed in warm water and put in dryer. Still looked brand new. Not a trace of a wrinkle. Instructions said line dry but was hoping for shrinkage (4x). Why do things not shrink when you want them to? Ordering one piece of clothing testing size. Now I've ordered blouse size smaller. Oops ordered the banana and green bags. Grocery delivery only sends bunch of bananas. I like different lettuces in my salad so always throwing some out. Those dresses are nice. Hope you get sizes worked out. You'll look good in them. Online ordered underwear was bright red lacy with jewels. At 73 yrs old if emergency that might give EMT's a heart attack.💗

Hi Wendy. Sorry your order didn't work out. I've never had an entire order not work out. Only ordered 1 dress but have been starting to look at more on Temu. I do pay close attention to the material & the reviews. I've had one pair of jeans work & one i had to return. I do wear a size 20/22 US sizes. I found 4x on Temu is fairly equivalent. I'm short waisted & apple shaped, so I'm cautious. I don't mind if my tee shirts are a little big. I also turn my bag inside out to return. Temu has only had me return twice & as soon as the tag clears USPS, they credit me. I am very happy with their customer service! Love you Wendy. Keep doing you, we appreciate you!! I get a lot of temu hair and I haven't had any problems with smell of chemicals. There have only been 2 items that I got that had a horrible chemical smell was a rhinestone hairband and a pair of ballerina flats but the smell did go away after airing out. I think it's a type of adhesive that some of the manufacturers use. 😊❤

Hi pretty lady. I have to admit that I had to return some tops because they didn't fit well. But you know, I don't understand why folks would mind the return process..it was like that when my mom would order from Sears or other stores when she bought from a catalogue. The only difference is, we order from a phone instead of a book. Also a little tip, when ask for refund and they don't ask for your clothes back, if you know a seamstress, maybe she could adjust it for you?

So sorry none of the dresses worked out they were all so stinkin adorable. I've never got a whole order but I have had half or more I sent back and most of the time I just do mine in the chat and have pictures if needed and they just tell me to keep it and gives me credit. But if you do have to sent something back ask them for a QR code for free returns and all you do it go to the post office and give them the QR code and they have it ready to print out for you. They put it on the package and give you the receipt with the tracking number and about 7 -10 days later you got your credit or money back. Love You!

That’s a bummer… UPS here in GEORGIA has no problem scanning the barcode. I thought they were all universal statewide? The only other option that I can think to tell you is either you can still take it to UPS and ask them to print out from your phone the label and they will stick it on for you. You can also see if the post office will print it out and if you can’t get either one to do it there you can always either go to a Kinko’s or the library, some libraries even do it for free. I understand it’s kind of difficult when you don’t have a printer…

I would keep looking in Temu for these Jeans there Really nice, they'll get more in, measure your waist make sure which ones n size you need. got 2 pr of sandas, different styles, but the tan ones fit and the olive ones were way to big. Now...the tan ones were marked UK and size 6. They fit perfectly. The olive ones were marked 39 but I had ordered 38 for both. I'm confused and corresponding with customer service now.

I agree that refunds/returns are easy. A lot of times they credit you and you don't need to actually send it back. Then, there are times they want you to send it back. My last return was about $2-$3 value and they wanted it back. They spent more in postage than the item was worth. Go figure! 😂

I’m sending back four different orders in one bag I just turned it inside out and I go to UPS and I do one barcode so when you are doing your returns when they ask you do you want to put it all in one return barcode, say yes and I’m about to do four of them because I had a lot of returns this time… Hope this helps friend!💖✨💫

XL is around a size 14 and a one X is a 16 supposedly and the ones that I purchased were an Xl from the regular size clothing not the plus… Because the plus was out of the 1X - 2X. I purchased the 3X in a previous haul from the plus size section and they were massive… So I thought I would see if the extra large in the regular size section would possibly fit but they didn’t. I know it sounds confusing but it’s really not… I do have the 1X from the plus in my cart because they have come back in stock so I’m gonna try again. Hope this helps.

The hair in a blonde does not match. Yes, send it back. Now try white, but much shorter. The long hair just is not for you! The silver and gold wedge shoes look so nice. This must be mis-sized.
