@@振煌傅 I don't think it's the main reason. It's too expensive in China but has nothing unique. It can't compete with local restaurants (tasty, clean, and much cheaper). Leaving is a smart decision to avoid embarrassment later-- no customers.
@@StevenH815 wrong. I ate at several ding Tai Fung restaurants including one in Shanghai. It has nothing unique and also is unbelievably expensive. Ding Tai Fung knows that it can't compete with local restaurants. Leaving is a smart decision. Otherwise, it will face an embarrassing situation-- no consumers.
@@weiwendaly3945 I tried the one in Seattle. The price is high but still acceptable based on my income. But given local salary, its branches in China are unbelievably expensive and this restaurant has nothing unique. Basically , it's robing local consumers. I somehow wonder how chinese had been tolerating it so long.

@@anti-bullingjames I tried the one in Arcadia and another inside Aria in Las Vegas. Both time the food sucked. Never again. None of my American friends like their food.
