Reynolds’s has an insane eye for talent … it’s remarkable that he’s managed to keep baker at the top of skateboarding for all these years …. It’s simply because he knows how to pick riders that fit the brand and who wanna stick around and make it a lifelong relationship.. Wow. T-Funk’s year is reminding me of how I felt when TNT and David Gonzales won their SOTYs. Raw Speed. Rad Style. And a ton of WTFs.. This part is at the center of what Thrasher culture is all about, in my opinion. Nonetheless, this is the most suspenseful running for SOTY, that I can remember, in the last 20 years.

The Deep Fried crew stayed at the Airbnb next to my house a few months ago on the same day my skateboard was stolen from my car (broken window). They were hella cool and gave me a GX1000 deck.
