It is expensive. Some of those(similar style and quality)in California (palm spring or aguanga) are a lot cheaper, HOA fee would be around 500 usd per month, but located in more isolated areas. Some of these parks are restricted for class A only. Also most of them require the rv's be under 10 years old and laws forbid the same set of people live on the same lot for over contiguously 9(?) months each year . In Oregon, there are rv lots with sea views. Mexico/US border areas can be dangerous if one shows up in the wrong place and time, experienced expats all suggest that one should only drive in daytime and only on toll roads.

I went to Palm Spring and Desert Hotspring area last month. I found the HOA is pretty high, some of them reach $800/mo, of course, it is resort style. Is there any specific RV lot to recommended? Where can we find the RV lot sales information ? Online?

有什麼好大驚小怪的,香港一個車位賣過千萬的都有,價值觀不一樣。

Half to manager, so it's only 1300, plus there is probably additional lot management fee maybe. But I think it's still worth it since it's in convenient location. and it's nicely managed.
