ご視聴くださいまして誠にありがとうございます。
２０２３年台風２号がもたらした大雨により、関西各線区は長時間運転を見合わせ、始発から昼過ぎまで、大和路線では柏原～加茂間、阪和線では日根野～和歌山間で運転を見合わせました。この影響で、紀州路快速が運転を見合わせ関空快速が単独運転を実施、大和路快速は、大阪環状線を周回運転する臨時ダイヤが組まれました。
この動画では、上記２つのネタに関する駅放送と、普通柏原行きの放送を収録しています。

Station platform announcements of irregular Osaka Loop line services affected by the heavy rain caused by a typhoon.
Details of irregular operations:
Airport rapid services, usually combined with Kishuji rapid service between Osaka and Hineno did not couple it and operated alone. Yamatoji rapid service could not continue to Yamatoji line due to line closure and kept circling on the Osaka loop line.
In addition to these two topics, this video also contains Yamatoji line local trains terminating at Kashiwara.
