我本人學習太極己有2O多年，據我認知，這是最基本的打法，招式無錯，但冇用内功心法去打，太極切記雙重，力在下盤，先鬆後動，腰帶手脚，上下雙隨，還有很多很多的心法未用上，最後這算是太極操，適合一盤初學者的啟發，如無再探入研究，那就浪費了太極拳真正意思。 玩太極拳時就是平恆，与力學有關係的，以上只是最簡單的個人意見，敬請各位參考者勿見怪，只因我覺得全心玩太極，對身體健康有绝大幫助。

说的都对。 但你以为一般太极爱好者，都有你咁好彩，又学到内功又懂心法？ 可以分享一下，哪里可以去学靠谱的内功与心法？学费又合理？

What she has done is very good -- very clear and simple. This square-form style with the 1 2 3 steps is excellent for teaching beginners. I started with this form some 40 years ago, and then kept on learning the round forms and many other Tai Chi forms. Chanced to see this today after so many years. It's a good refresher for me and I still love this form and feel grateful to it. I lost track of the founder Master Cheng's developments long ago. Guess this lady maybe a close relative of his ...
