The review appears justified in the sense that it is not for a common man. But this kind of melas where so much overhead cost is involved with risk of food getting unsold, the cost will be high. Moreover, it is an opportunity for Odias also equivalent nonOdias to get a glimpse of various Odia foods in one shed. So, the cost being a premium is not entirely unexpected.

15th dec to 26th dec , for long 11days pain only 50k , every day they need to pay only somewhere around 4500/- , and the foot fall I guess you have idea regarding that , now tell me do you really think 50k is so much for a stall ??????

Not agree with you reply. As per u stall charges Rs.4500 per day. Then what should be sell amount will adjust stall charges, raw material cost, labour charges and many more.

Fact. This is honest review. Over-hyped mela. Visited the mela with family. Almost all food items are overpriced; higher than double or more than outside restaurants. 5 pieces of minuscule Paneer Kurkure costs Rs 100 (same item Rs 40-50 outside), non-veg items exorbitantly priced. Even the shopkeepers were not keeping eye to eye contact, looking bit ashamed while handing over the food items after taking large amounts of money. 😀

Momo is very testy and very reasonable price in Momo cafe . I have eaten momos in Momo Cafe in Keshari Talkies the price and test is same in Tishani Mala. Please go and try momos in Momo Cafe in Tishani Mela . You will enjoy it .
