T.K.P. Telford Koi Pond - Video 164 - Return Trip to SOUTH WEST KOI - New Stock!!!

While we were in the Bristol area we popped over to SOUTH WEST KOI to pick up a few bits & pieces and see what new stock they had in.
We weren’t disappointed and one fish stood out to me in particular.

You are so fortunate to have a koi dealer like that available to you. Here in Canada because of our extreme seasonal temperature differences the koi hobby is so far behind the UK that a dealer like South West Koi would never survive due to a lack of customers who would appreciate koi like those. I say definitely 'go for the showa', what a stunning fish. 👍🏻💯

Nicely balanced Showa Colonel. I’m a big fan of Showa with a nice display of Shiroji (my ideal is kindai) This is a lovely koi 👍🏼👍🏼

Very unlikely that ALL these dealers are putting on a show especially for you (do you deserve it!) so I think we are extremely well served and some superb fish - like you I've a bit of a crush on a Shiro (mine is a bit 'spotty' with some underlying Sumi), so on the lookout for a 'belted Galloway' with significant contrast, a few on show in your video!! Good stuff, brilliant.
