Dried white peas - 1.5 cup (soaked it overnight)
Potatoes - 4
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Green chilli - 4
Onion-2
Tomato -2
Tamarind paste/pulp- 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder -1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Cooking oil- 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
