I'm himachali and I can tell you that the person in starting said that he gets DAP at 12000 Pakistani rupees . So let me tell you that in Himachal we retail out DAP at 2000 rupee per 50kg bag and this includes all taxes and transport cost . If you go to haryana and Punjab it gets even more cheaper there . If you convert it's price in Pakistani rupee than also is would be around 7000 rupee . So they are paying almost double the price . Here Indian govt gives subsidy on every manure so it gets very easy for farmers to access this
