And who are you ? Why are you interested in doing these interviews ? And thanks for calling it "Saigon" . Oh how I hate it when people say "Ho Chi Minh City" . Saigon is lovely sound . BTW, can you do interviews with people who do healthcare business in VN . Good interviews . Thanks

ciao! I'm an entrepreneur with two restaurants in Vietnam, but I also have a passion for videos and sharing people's stories. I started this channel to interview entrepreneurs who contribute their experiences as inspiration for young generations here in Vietnam. It's not a profit-driven project, but I believe it's important to provide role models for the youth. I completely agree-Saigon has such a lovely sound! And yes, I’d love to do interviews with people in the healthcare business in Vietnam as well. Thanks for the suggestion!

LOL must be a + h8ter. SGN 2 syllables vs HCM 3 syllables. Same city with different branding and some are loyal to the original; no remix LOL.

McD Ben Thanh is closing its door after 10 years in business. Eddie's items are much higher than McD and he's been around since the 90s. A Mass market cannot survive, yet a niche market is thriving. Amazing vision! I have had a chance to eat a burger at Pasteur Eddy's and it was a genuine experience and taste. Great going Brad!

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! It's fascinating to see how niche markets like Eddie's have continued to thrive while mass-market chains struggle. Eddie's burgers truly offer a unique and authentic experience, and it's great to hear you enjoyed your visit to the Pasteur location. Brad’s vision is truly inspiring, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for him and Eddie’s!

When I saw you two talking to each other, I exclaimed that you two were in the USA, not Vietnam.

Really interesting interview, enjoyed how you inter wove the clips from Eddies and the appearance of Hang. I think viewers of the Inspire Saigon podcast would all agree that that it would have been to have run thru 20 mins .... not long enough ..

Thank you so much for your feedback! I’m really glad you enjoyed the interview and how we weaved in the clips from Eddie's and Hang's appearance. I totally get that 20 minutes might feel a bit short when the story is really engaging. I'll definitely keep that in mind for future episodes! The goal is always to keep viewers inspired and entertained, so we might try going a bit longer next time. 😊
