Matal Razzak is one of them. He is also popular. Every lyricist's song is sung by different singer. Example, Farida parvin is for lalon geeti(song), Fourdous Ara is for Nazrul Sangeet etc. there is used a singer in your documentory. There are more singer for Razzak's song in Manikgonj and faridpur Disdrick specially. Mamotaz Begum, Kajol deowan sing matal's song. Great Work. I really enjoyed the whole documentary. I believe this work will remain thousand years. As Bangladeshi we are really grateful to you because still now we could not make any documentary like this on Bangla's Baul. I always enjoy Baul songs. But many times I tried to know about their born, grown up, their song learning, what attracted them to this baul culture, their remarkable events etc. I wish I would make many documentaries on these Bauls and their life style. @@PurpleSplendor abdul hai dewan Dhaka International Folk Fest | 15 November, 2018 Bangladesh Army Stadium The ‘Half Matal’ titled was given to Baul singer Abdul Hai Dewan by his teacher Matal Kobi Abdul Razzak is a music enthusiast since his childhood. He used to watch the shows of Palagan, Fokiri songs in his village. He grew a passion for music since then. Later, Matal Kobi Razzak Dewan became his master and he gave Abdul Hai Dewan the title of ‘Half Matal’. Since then, Abdul Hai Dewan has been doing Baul songs. His last performance took place in the Dhaka International FolkFest 2018. This festival is all about the celebration of music. This festival always brings the root of music and the fourth edition of the festival was no different.
