Tâm sự của anh Bình, chủ quán cafe 'TONYCHA Coffee' nằm trên đường Phạm Văn Khoai, KP3, Thành phố Biên Hòa, Đồng Nai (Cạnh sân Vận động Đồng Nai). Vào sáng ngày 28/5/2023 'NDVC' tình cờ gặp A. Bình tại chắn đường ngang dân sinh Km1692+600 thuộc phường Tân Hiệp, KP3, TP. Biên Hòa (Cách quán Cafe TONYCHA và Sân vận động ĐN khoảng 200m) đang làm việc sữa chữa cần gác chắn sau vụ tai nạn đường sắt cách đó vài ngày. Tại đây, anh chia sẻ công việc làm từ thiện và hổ trợ cho chắn những nhu cầu cần thiết.
