Thank you for putting the crimson setup on the table again!! What a nice work to put all these together! So Crimson looks like Zhen, and since the update, there is no need to upgrade meowzilla to replace crimson. I think it's not worth and better save the shards for maybe another hero in another setup 🤷‍♂️

Hi Timmy! Thanks as always for sharing these battle reports. What we saw with Maplelyn previously is that her damage output drops sharply after the first two rounds. Actually if you compare Maplelyn's performance to Zhen and Crimson during battles that only last two rounds, she looks comparable in strength. I was curious whether the way you're testing using alliance honor match is perhaps showing exactly that the meow hero does great at the beginning of the battle. How many rounds are these battles that you're losing? Maybe after Friday's patch, it could be useful to test against an evenly matched opponent where you have a 50% win rate using Strom, Layla, and Zhen. If dropping meow cat into this configuration increases you're win rate, it might be a more valuable testing result. Either way, great video as always. Love your channel :)

Thanks for the video. Although Duke on airforce is, hands down, better than shinji at es5. Myself, along with a bunch of other people I play with, have done the tests, and we all got the same result.

For sure. Duke+Brady+Abad is the top performing air force march. Performance gap is even large if Duke has active skill titan special effects. But who can control their SE?!

Navi went far deep in the ocean once megatron came out . They never recovered since then . Besides the obvious bad or acceptable heroes but extremely limited combinations …just count how many Navi units you can park in your base vs tanks . Not to mention heroes like : striker , gipsy, po , shini , asuka , snake etc etc ..all “tank” labeled heroes

Wonder if meow-kotiya-Layla/duke would actually revive kotiya. Maybe Kotiya’s mid round restoration of some HA would average out to higher dmg than applying at the beginning like stromoy does

I decided to 5* MeowZilla today (gathering day) and have her Exclusive Skill at 3... I've been testing her in Time Clash Arena paired with Duke and Stromoy. The thing I've noticed from the earlier tests remained in the later ones. Her trigger rate seems terrible (more often near 25% than 33%, with virtually none above 33%) and her damage has routinely been barely at, or below, the normal damage. At 5* with a Level 5 Exclusive, she did not do much better... Unless they boost her with this Maintenance window, I'm likely to let her languish there; although maybe she'd be good on my 3rd Navy March, either replacing Nemo or Maplelyn... 😔😔 Pretty sure I'm done acquiring heroes, except the good collaboration ones.

I have Layla po and zhen all lvl 5 …Layla zhen stromoy was noticeably stronger on the Navi meta video . That didn’t changed . I will try to do more test and include this setup up . It’s a nightmare : perks , skills , gear double check, 40 attacks …next : perks , skills , gear , double check , 40 attacks …etc. then put everything back together 😂

Stromoy Duke Crimson will perform better because Duke lays down debilitation that helps Crimson. Strike, from Shinji, helps in a different way, but for fewer rounds, and by less percent.

Thanks for your continued content! We really need this. However, please get over your annoyance with Duke. Duke is currently the #1 recommended indestructible hero. Of the 6 recommended marches by Rivergame, he's in 5 of them. People use those hero combos (yes, even the Duke, Poe, Zhen one...). In extensive testing, Duke way outperforms Striker on Air and Navy. It's not even close. And it is magnified when you use active proc SE, because Duke's proc rate is so high compared to Striker. Consider that active proc SE trigger on procs, a difference from 33% to 36% is a *10%* increase in the impact of the SE. That's battle-changing **huge**. Also recognize that many players do not have Shinji. Shinji is the oldest of the 3 universal ones. Many players also do not have Layla. Layla is not universal and came out so close to Erinyes that it burned many who got Erinyes, especially those with limited budgets. Something smaller to start considering more: some of these heroes seem to be intentionally made for post-Encirclement players. Somewhere around dmg +/- 400, players can drop encirclement. When using Abad, you can do that slightly early, as an example. It might be worth having tests from a 200/200, 400/400, and 600+/600+ account to show how particular heros scale with and without encirclement. It's also not that hard to pull up some decors and drop some rare skills to drop dmg down lower and remove equipment to lower atk/hp to showcase this. Might only need to be done once to demonstrate the effect with universal vs typed heroes. For my testing, Abad was just terrible with encirclement when dmg+/- in the upper 300s. Looks like Meowzilla is similar. In which case, recommendations may have to change based on account progress, too. Fun!! Another point: When most of the reports are losing, the data is going to be skewed and the battles end sooner giving less data for the heroes. You should really try to find AH battles where you have ~50% winning reports on the control. It's hard, but worth it to get a more accurate picture of the comparisons. To recap: 1) Use Duke. 2) Consider the impact of proc rates on active proc Titan SE. 3) Encirclement or not matters 4) Test with closer battles. 5) Keep up the great content!!

@@quanu2nice That's the generic version of the transformers decor (NOT A HERO) that gives +400 DEF (not Defense) for each level. I don't think any decor is really worth level 5 considering the cost, but certainly not a relatively useless stat like DEF. Maybe damage increase, damage decrease, and march size are worth level 5 if you have a lot of money to spend. Cosmos Guardian would cost about $2,000 to buy all 81 necessary for level 5. ($100 for a 648 pack of decor materials, 160 per Cosmos Guardian; 81 requires 12,960 ; 12960 / 640 = 20. 20*$100 = $2,000 for +2,000 DEF. Duke, Po, Crimson, Stromoy, Asuka, Abad, Shinji, Gipsy -- all War based. Striker is def based, and this would give him 0.8% more indestructible -- 0.04% per 100 def, 2000 extra def. Absolutely not worth $2,000.)

Personally I’d keep Zhen because she takes advantage of both Layla and Pos abnormal status. meowzilla would stop getting shield stacks making her performance weaker as I see it

Sorry forgot to tell you why. Stromoy and Meow both give dmg increases. It's like double dipping. Add Layla indestructible, add any special effects and HT. The value adds up really quickly.

Absolutely and 1 million % : NO ! Stromoy = offense buffing hero Meowzilla = support hero (does NOT have any offense buffing capability) Without an offense buffing hero , all results are BAD…pve or pvp
