呢個叫拓海灣 失控主要係因為呢個灣既角度有問題 會有一個車碌離地所以容易失控 唔關分心事 行呢個灣最好70以下 行中線慢線

@@andrewsheppard3189 You said that the driver didn’t stop to see if help was needed and that us a sad indictment. But in practice there are a lot of other factors contributing to the decision. The driver may want to help, but in an expressway it is not always safe to stop even in the hard shoulder. Traffic may be following and also it requires a short reaction time in order to stop the vehicle. I think if the driver has instructed the passenger, or under safe circumstances, ringed the police himself/herself, that’s good enough.
