都唔一定，學校只係要跨區上學。每個社區都一定有祂指定的學校。

I think Sage Hill is quite fixed, there aren't space to further developed. It will depend on other community.

Thanks for the info. So I guess all the existing land remaining in Sage Hill would be build up residential housing only ? Perhaps Evanston, Panorama or Harvest Hill would be better neighborhood overall in terms of amenities? As well for future appreciation potential?

我覺得雖然係貴了一些，但買屋係一件幾麻煩的事。如果係香港，未見過也大約都有概念個地方係點。但係卡加利一個地方跟另一個地方係好唔一樣，真的要看自已適合才好。我也是不太建議。

多謝你Connie, 現在錄Condo都係難小小，疫情預約都有小小困難。其實Sage Hill都有好多Condo. 我最近睇過Sage Hill The Mark 101. www.shanehomes.com/multi-family-homes/mark-101/ 都幾好。850呎到CAD 250K. 地點方便都可考慮。至於市中心，比較難因為自己也沒有太多時間。市中心我想一房大約25萬至30萬左右(600呎)

There are two closest community centre. Each around 10 mins drive. One is called Vivo in Coventry Hill. The other is Shane Homes YMCA in Rocky Ridge. Will see when the pandemic is over which the facilities will be opened.
