In Japan, it ’s very lonely to clear the garden and make it a parking lot recently. 😊👍👍

In Japan the land holds the real value, not the house. It's a difficult thing to understand. Also, given how old the house was it has been in a family a long time and selling a house with multiple claimants is also difficult in Japan. Plus the cost of clearing the house and land can be prohibitive. What they are doing in this video most likely cost about $10-20k.

でかい木も4トンサイズのユンボで簡単に引き抜けるんですね。凄いです。 うちは田舎なので、そこいらじゅう空き家だらけです。困るのは庭木がどんどん成長する事。 5年後には両隣と向かいの家が空き家になりそうです。裏の家は空き屋なので、空き家に囲まれますww とにかく庭木を何とかしてくれないと、10年後には森に囲まれ、倒木で家が壊れます。停電とか落ち葉は我慢できますが。
